Who We Are
We are a small congregation of believers who live and work in the beautiful town of Cowen, West Virginia in some of the prettiest land in creation. Cowen First Baptist Church has been serving our community in Jesus' name since 1890. We are proud of the heritage we have, but it is now our turn to approach the ever-living God in repentance, and to live out the gospel in our lives in front of our neighbors during our generation. We are devoted to serving our God through making much of His Son, our Savior the Lord Jesus Christ. We try in all ways to center our lives on the gospel and to love each other well.
